针刀脊神经触及术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刀脊神经触及术治疗腰椎管狭窄症患者的临床疗效。方法患者60例采用随机数字表法随机分为两组各30例,治疗组常规评估无手术禁忌,给予针刀脊神经触及术治疗,对照组30例给予针灸治疗,分别对治疗前及治疗后2周两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、功能障碍指数量表(ODI)及日本骨科协会评估量表(JOA)评分进行评估。结果两组患者治疗前后VAS、ODI及JOA评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组治疗2周后组间比较VAS评分、ODI及JOA评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者术后及治疗后1月随访均未出现如血肿、感染、神经损伤等不良反应。结论针刀脊神经触及术治疗腰椎管狭窄症效果确切,易于操作。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acupotomy for spinal nerve touching for lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:60 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The treatment group showed no contraindication for surgery,and was given acupotomy for spinal nerve touching,while the control group was given electroacupuncture.The VAS,ODI and JOA scores of the two groups were evaluated before and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:The VAS,ODI and JOA scores of two groups before and after treatment had statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The VAS,ODI and JOA scores of the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment had statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The patient did not experience any adverse reactions such as hematoma,infection,or nerve damage postoperatively or at 1-month after treatment.Conclusion:Acupotomy for spinal nerve touching is effective and easy to operate in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.
