摘　　要：本文介绍清代岭南名医何梦瑶治疗黄疸病的临证经验。何梦瑶融会《黄帝内经》、仲景等诸家精髓,考虑“因地制宜”的影响,认为湿邪与脾虚为黄疸病的两大主因,指出岭南地区湿热气候与黄疸的发生发展有重要的联系。诊疗上,望、脉二诊决顺逆,用药祛湿邪贯穿始终,前期多湿热发黄,以辛散行肝脾气滞,苦寒泻胃胆实热为法;后期脾肾亏损,以益气健脾燥湿,甘温实脾温肾为主。本文通过研究著作《医碥》,浅析何梦瑶治疗黄疸的学术思想,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。This article summarizes the clinical experience of He Mengyao,a famous Lingnan doctor in the Qing Dynasty,in treating jaundice.He Mengyao combined the essence of various schools such as Hunagdi Neijing and“Zhongjing”,considered the influence of“adjusting measures to local conditions”,and believed that dampness and spleen deficiency were the two main causes of jaundice.He pointed out that there was an important relationship between the humid and hot climate in Lingnan region and the occurrence and development of jaundice.In diagnosis and treatment,he argued that the observation of the pulse and pulse should be consistent,and medication to remove dampness and pathogenic factors should be used throughout the entire process.In the early stage,jaundice with dampness and heat were mainly due to excessive dampness.The method was to promote liver and spleen qi stagnation with pungent drugs and relieve stomach and gallbladder excess heat with bitter cold drugs.In the late stage,spleen and kidney were depleted,and doctors should mainly benefit qi,strengthen spleen and dry the wet,and apply sweet and warm-natured drugs for excess spleen and warm kidney.This article analyzes He's academic thoughts on the treatment of jaundice through his research work Yi Bian,with a view to providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
