摘　　要：张仲景《伤寒论》是一部理法方药赅备的辨证论治专书,对后世名家影响深远。虽伤寒外感之治,而汗吐下和温清消补八法齐备,承气类方剂作为下法的代表方更是受到历代前贤青睐。清代温病集大成者吴鞠通在《温病条辨》中更是将此法、此方灵活加减应用于温病,疗效显著。本文主要从《伤寒论》承气四方的方证特点、吴氏临证加减承气汤的特色和吴氏对温病下法的应用3个方面来分析吴鞠通对承气汤的运用经验。Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases is a medical scripture,a special book on syndrome differentiation and treatment with comprehensive prescription and medicine,which has a profound influence on later generations.It has eight therapies including Han,Tu,Xia,He,Wen,Qing,Xiao,Bu,and Chengqi Decoction as the representative of the therapy of Xia is favored by the previous sages.Wu Jutong,a master of febrile diseases in Qing dynasty,applied this method and this prescription to febrile diseases flexibly in his Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Disease.This paper mainly analyzes Wu Jutong's experience in the use of Chengqi Decoction from three aspects:the characteristics of four kinds of Chengqi Decoctions in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Disease,the characteristics of Wu's clinical evidence in the modification of Chengqi Decoction,and Wu's application of Xia in treating febrile diseases.
