从“豁痰化脂”论痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的诊治

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)主要是由育龄期女性性激素失衡引起的常见的妇科内分泌紊乱疾病,常常伴有肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、高胰岛素血症、糖脂代谢异常等,追溯患者病史多存在脾胃运化无力、痰湿积聚胞中不得化、中焦阳虚的寒热错杂病机,半夏泻心汤具有泻热开结,和中降逆之功效,联合达英-35治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征,可以取得显著的临床疗效。Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common gynecological endocrine disorder caused by the imbalance of sex hormones in women of childbearing age.It is often accompanied by obesity,insulin resistance,hyperinsulinemia,abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism and so on.Tracing back to the patient's medical history,there are many mixed pathogenesis of cold and heat with weakness of spleen and stomach transportation and phlegm and dampness accumulate and cannot be dissolved in the uterus and deficiency of Yang in the middle Jiao.Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤)has the effect of purging heat,opening knot,and reducing adversity,combined with diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with phlegm dampness can achieve significant clinical effect.
