庞敏运用调畅气机法合五位一体思路辨治心肌桥

摘　　要：冠状动脉心肌桥是指心外膜冠状动脉于心肌内走行。近年来随着冠状动脉造影术及冠状动脉CT的广泛开展,心肌桥的检出率较高,而且有研究表明心肌桥可诱发严重不良心血管事件,如心律失常、心肌梗死、心源性猝死等,但目前对其诊断虽明确,西医在治疗上存在一定局限性,故探求中医药治疗心肌桥显得尤为重要。庞敏从中医整体观念出发,运用调畅气机法合五位一体辨治思路,应用血府逐瘀汤合五味子汤治疗心肌桥取得良好的疗效,为心肌桥的中医治疗提供了新思路。Coronary artery myocardial bridge refers to the epicardial coronary artery running within the myocardium.In recent years,with the widespread development of coronary angiography and coronary artery CT,the detection rate of myocardial bridge is relatively high.Some studies have shown that myocardial bridge can induce serious adverse cardiovascular events,such as arrhythmia,myocardial infarction,sudden cardiac death,etc.However,although its diagnosis is clear,there are certain limitations in western medicine treatment.Therefore,exploring the treatment of myocardial bridge with traditional Chinese medicine is particularly important.Professor PANG Min,starting from the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,applies the method of regulating Qi and promoting Qi circulation combined with the Five in One syndrome differentiation and treatment approach,and applies the combination of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(血府逐瘀汤)and Wuweizi Decoction(五味子汤)to treat myocardial bridge,achieving good therapeutic effects and providing a new approach for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of myocardial bridge.
