半夏白术天麻汤联合穴位埋针对缺血性脑卒中康复效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察半夏白术天麻汤联合穴位埋针治疗在缺血性脑卒中患者康复中的疗效。方法选取患者72例,均符合缺血性脑卒中诊断标准,随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。对照组予常规药物及康复训练治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加半夏白术天麻汤口服及穴位埋针于双侧的太冲穴、合谷穴及丰隆穴,疗程2周。对比两组治疗前后的神经功能缺损程度以及Barthel指数变化。结果两组治疗后神经功能缺损程度均降低(P<0.05),Barthel指数均升高(P<0.05),试验组神经功能缺损程度比对照组低(P<0.05),Barthel指数比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤联合穴位埋针治疗缺血性脑卒中康复患者的临床效果优于单纯常规药物及康复训练治疗。Objective To observe the efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction(半夏白术天麻汤)combined with acupoint embedding acupuncture in the rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with routine drugs and rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and acupoint embedding acupuncture at Taichong,Hegu and Fenglong on both sides.The course of treatment was two weeks.After treatment,the degree of neurological deficit and the changes of Barthel index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results after treatment,the degree of neurological deficit in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the Barthel index increased(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the degree of neurological deficit in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the Barthel index was higher than that in the control group Conclusion the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupoint embedding acupuncture in the treatment of rehabilitation patients with ischemic stroke is better than that of routine drugs and rehabilitation training alone.
