摘　　要：银质针一种现代特种针具,在过去的半个多世纪,银质针疗法取得了基础与临床研究的全面进展,因此有必要将银质针疗法基础与临床研究进展进行综述。文章从银质针疗法相关器具的沿革、临床适应证的发展、基础研究现状三个方面论述了:银质针材质、加热器具、组织内温度、针刺深度、布针方案、临床入路、镇痛方式等正变得安全化、标准化、效率化;临床适应证不断扩大,包括软组织疼痛、中枢或外周神经系统疾病、术后综合征、脊柱疾病、内科疾病等;银质针起效机制研究关注组织学、病理学、炎性因子、镇痛因子等,但研究深度不够,可能是影响银质针疗法发展的一大障碍。文章还指出目前银质针疗法临床研究的困境与可能的解决方案。Silver needle is a modern special needle device.In the past half century,silver needle therapy has made comprehensive progress in both basic and clinical research.Therefore,it is necessary to review the basic and clinical research progress of silver needle therapy.The article discusses the evolution of silver needle therapy related equipment,the development of clinical indications,and the current status of basic research from three aspects:silver needle material,heating equipment,tissue temperature,needle depth,needle placement plan,clinical approach,and analgesic methods are becoming safer,more standardized,and more efficient.The clinical indications are constantly expanding,including soft tissue pain,central or peripheral nervous system disease,postoperative syndrome,spinal diseases,medical diseases,etc.The research on the mechanism of silver needle therapy focuses on histology,pathology,inflammatory factors,analgesic factors,etc.,but the depth of research is insufficient,which may be a major obstacle to the development of silver needle therapy.The article also points out the current difficulties and possible solutions in clinical research of silver needle therapy.
