从“清浊相干”理论刍议慢性泄泻的辨治思路

摘　　要：慢性泄泻是消化科常见病症之一,病情迁延,症状反复,难以根治。通过对“清浊相干”理论进行探讨,认为清浊相干是指清浊之气相互影响干扰,所致气机紊乱。而脾胃虚弱,运化失职是慢性泄泻的发病之本,湿滞风瘀为发病之标。基于“清浊相干”理论与慢性泄泻病机之间的紧密联系,刍议慢性泄泻的辨治,阐释应从“斡旋中焦,调理脾胃”“各循其道,以数调之”的角度出发来治疗慢性泄泻。Chronic diarrhea is one of the common diseases in department of gastroenterology.The condition of the disease,symptoms repeated,difficult to cure.Through the discussion of the theory of"mutual interference of the clear and the turbid",it is considered that mutual interference of the clear and the turbid refers to the disturbance of Gas caused by the interaction of clear Turbid Gas and Turbid Gas.But the spleen and stomach are weak,moving dereliction of duty is the origin of chronic diarrhea,stagnation of dampness and stagnation of wind and blood stasis is the Secondary cause.Based on the close relationship between the theory of"mutual interference of the clear and the turbid"and the pathogenesis of chronic diarrhea,the syndrome differentiation and treatmentof chronic diarrhea is discussed,the treatment of chronic diarrhea should be based on"Mediating the Middle Focus,regulating the spleen and stomach"and"Each following its own path and adjusting according to the specific situation".
