基于“扶正祛邪”理论治疗糖尿病肾病方证探析

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病后期多气阴亏虚而痰浊瘀血内生。本虚标实为糖尿病肾病的基本病机,即气阴两虚为本,瘀血为标。因此运用“扶正祛邪”理论通过对具有养阴功效的古方六味地黄丸进行加减而形成益气养阴通络方,可补充人体气阴之虚,也可祛除瘀血等实邪。文章通过益气养阴通络方论述运用“扶正祛邪”理论治疗糖尿病肾病是否可以在临床上取得较好的疗效,以其为临床治疗糖尿病肾病提供理论依据。The later stage of diabetes nephropathy is characterized by deficiency of Qi and Yin,phlegm and blood stasis.This deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of diabetes nephropathy,namely Qi and yin deficiency,blood stasis as the criterion.Therefore,by using the theory of"supporting righteousness and dispelling evil",the ancient prescription Liuwei Dihuang Pill(六味地黄丸)with the effect of Nourishing Yin is added and subtracted to form the prescription of Supplementing Qi,nourishing yin and dredging collaterals.This prescription can not only supplement the deficiency of Qi and Yin of human body,but also eliminate the excess evil such as blood stasis.This article discusses the therapeutic effect of diabetes mellitus and diabetes mellitus(TCM)by using the theory of Reinforcing Qi and dispel evil,and provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
