中医护理干预在视网膜色素变性中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理干预在视网膜色素变性中的临床效果。方法按照研究要求,选择河南省人民医院2019年2月—2022年2月收治的视网膜色素变性患者80例,按照随机数字表将所有患者分为对照组实施常规护理干预(40例),试验组在其基础上实施中医护理干预(40例),并比对分析两组护理前后临床效果。结果两组护理前眼压与视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组眼压与视力均优于护理前,且观察组眼压与视力改善情况更优(P<0.05);试验组总有效率更高(P<0.05);试验组满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论针对视网膜色素变性患者实施中医护理干预的临床护理效果比较理想,提高患者病症认知度,降低眼压,促进视力恢复,增强临床护理成效性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in patients with retinitis pigmentosa.Methods According to the research requirements,80 patients with retinitis pigmentosa who were admitted to the Henan Provincial People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected.All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group received routine nursing intervention(40 cases),and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention(40 cases)on the basis of it.The clinical effects of the two groups before and after nursing were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure and visual acuity between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),after nursing,the intraocular pressure and vision of the two groups were better than those before nursing,and the improvement of intraocular pressure and vision of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on patients with retinitis pigmentosa is ideal,which can improve the patients'recognition of symptoms,reduce intraocular pressure,promote the recovery of vision,and enhance the effectiveness of clinical nursing.
