中医特色护理对乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析乙肝肝硬化患者腹水采取中医特色护理的效果。方法纳入安阳市第五人民医院2020年5月—2022年5月收治的乙肝肝硬化腹水患者78例,依据随机抽签模式均分两组各39例,对照组实行常规护理,试验组实施中医特色护理。比较两组护理有效率、中医证候积分、体质量、腹围、24 h尿量及护理满意度。结果试验组护理有效率94.87%高于对照的76.92%(P<0.05);试验组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。体质量、腹围及24 h尿量差值中试验组较高(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度97.43%高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05)。结论乙肝肝硬化患者腹水采取中医特色护理可获得明显的效果,能够提升护理效果,改善腹水相关症状,减少体质量、腹围及24 h尿量,促进患者康复。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on ascites of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods 78 patients with cirrhosis and ascites of hepatitis B were selected for research and analysis.The case selection time was from January 2020 to January 2022.78 patients were divided into two groups according to the random lot drawing mode.39 patients who received routine care were set as the reference group,and 39 patients who received traditional Chinese medicine nursing were set as the experimental group.In order to verify the effect of conventional nursing and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the nursing of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and ascites,the nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated by nursing effectiveness,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,body mass,abdominal circumference,24-hour urine volume and nursing satisfaction.Results In the effective rate of nursing,the effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was 94.87%,and that in the reference group was 76.92%,which showed that the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores before nursing,which could not meet the statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing,the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).Body mass,abdominal circumference and 24-hour urine volume difference in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).In the nursing satisfaction,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.43%,and that of the reference group was 79.49%,indicating that the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for ascites of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis can obtain obvious effect,which can improve the nursing effect of patients,improve the ascites related symptoms of patients,reduce body mass,abdominal circumference and 24-hour urine volume,promote the recovery of patients,and thus patients are more satisfied.This shows that
