中医综合护理在缓解产后宫缩痛中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨中医综合护理在缓解产后宫缩痛中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月—2022年11月在宁德市中医院分娩的80例产后宫缩痛产妇,随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。对照组实施常规产后护理,试验组增加中医综合护理措施,对比两组宫缩痛缓解效果,并观察产妇产后负性情绪改善情况。结果试验组产妇产后6、12、18、24、48、72 h,4、5 d宫缩痛VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组产后负面情绪反应HAMD评分、HAMA评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合运用推拿、穴位按摩、雷火灸、食疗等中医护理措施,可有效缓解产妇产后宫缩痛,同时有助于减轻其焦虑、抑郁情绪,有助于提升产后康复效果。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing in relieving postpartum uterine contraction pain.Methods 80 women with postpartum uterine pain from February 2021 to November 2022 who were delivered in Ningde Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into test group and control group,with 40 cases each.The women in the control group were given routine post-natal care,and the women in the test group were given comprehensive nursing measures of traditional Chinese medicine,and the effects of relieving uterine contraction pain in the two groups were compared,and the improvement of the women's post-natal negative emotions was observed.Results The parturients in the test group had 6,12,18,24,48,72 hours and 4,5days after delivery,the VAS score of uterine contraction pain were significantly lower than that of the control group.The HAMD score and HAMA score of in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures such as massage,acupoint massage,moxibustion,and dietotherapy can effectively relieve the pain of postpartum uterine contraction,at the same time help to alleviate anxiety and depression,help to improve the effect of postpartum rehabilitation.
