摘  要:大株红景天(rhodiola wallichiana)全名大株粗茎红景天,其主要药物成分为红景天。《本草纲目》记载:“红景天,本经上品,祛邪恶气,补诸不足”为“已知补益药中所罕见”。红景天具有诸多功效,为疗效较好的补益药。现代药理学研究则证实红景天属植物具有多种生物活性,比如抗炎、抗氧化应激、改善循环、调节免疫及抗肿瘤等。主要对近年来红景天在呼吸系统疾病中的应用进展进行总结分析,为临床使用红景天预防、辅助治疗呼吸系统疾病提供参考。Objective Dazhu Hongjingtian(Rhodiola wallichiana)is the full name of Dazhu Cujing Hongjigntian(Rhodiola wallichiana).Its main medicinal component is Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix Et Rhizoma).Compendium of Materia Medica records that“Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix Et Rhizoma),a top-grade classic,dispels evils and replenishes deficiencies”and it is“rare among the known tonic traditional Chinese drugs”.Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix Et Rhizoma)has many effects and is a tonifying drug with good curative effect.Modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix Et Rhizoma)has a variety of biological activities,such as anti-inflammatory,anti oxidative stress,improving circulation,regulating immunity and anti-tumor.This article mainly summarized and analyzed the application progress of Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix Et Rhizoma)in respiratory diseases in recent years,so as to provide reference for clinical use of Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix Et Rhizoma)for prevention and adjuvant treatment of respiratory diseases.
