摘 要:为了预测以及满足汽车制造中橡胶衬套的疲劳寿命,采用有限元计算的方法对其展开研究。使用撕裂能(应变能释放率)理论来预测其理论疲劳寿命,通过控制变量法进行对比分析试验,分别探究了不同频率下和不同载荷下橡胶衬套的位移情况、应力分布情况以及使用寿命的变化,判断疲劳寿命和预测寿命的相关性,发现不同载荷对橡胶衬套的使用寿命影响较大,确定了用裂纹扩展法预测橡胶材料疲劳寿命是可行的。In order to predict,as well as to satisfy,the fatigue life of the rubber bush in automotive manufacturing,a finite element calculation is employed for its unfolding study.Tear energy(strain energy release rate)theory was used to predict its theoretical fatigue life and comparative analysis tests were performed by control variable method to explore the displacement situation,stress distribution and the change of service life of rubber sleeves at different frequencies and different loads,respectively,and to judge the correlation of fatigue life and predicted life,and found that different loads have a large effect on the service life of rubber sleeves,Determined that it is feasible to predict the fatigue life of rubber materials by the crack propagation method.
