益肾补骨汤联合PVP对骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者疼痛和骨折恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾补骨汤联合经皮椎体成形术(PVP)对骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折(OTCF)患者疼痛和骨折恢复的影响。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年2月宜丰县中医院骨伤科收治的112例OTCF患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(56例)与研究组(56例),两组均进行PVP,术后对照组给予常规抗骨质疏松治疗,研究组在此基础上联用益肾补骨汤,对比两组临床应用效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),术后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),且腰椎功能[日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)]评分与腰椎骨密度T值均高于对照组(P<0.05),脊柱侧弯Cobb角小于对照组(P<0.05),骨折愈合时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在OTCF的临床治疗中,益肾补骨汤联合PVP治疗能够减轻患者术后疼痛,促进腰椎功能障碍和骨折的恢复,改善预后,具有更好的治疗效果。Objective:To observe the effect of Yishen Bugu Decoction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)on pain and fracture recovery in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture(OTCF).Method:From February 2021 to February 2022,112 OTCF patients were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Yifeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into the control group(56 cases)and the study group(56 cases)according the random number table.PVP was performed in both groups,and the control group was given routine anti osteoporosis treatment after surgery.On this basis,the study group used Yishen Bugu Decoction.The clinical application effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the postoperative pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group,and the Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)score and lumbar bone mineral density T value were higher than those of the control group,the Cobb angle of scoliosis was smaller than that of the control group,and the fracture healing time was earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of OTCF,Yishen Bugu Decoction combined with PVP can reduce postoperative pain,promote recovery of lumbar dysfunction and fracture,improve prognosis,and have a better therapeutic effect.
