摘 要:目的:探讨Teach-back健康教育结合结构化心理护理对接受^(99m)Tc-MDP SPECT/CT检查患者不良情绪和配合度的影响。方法:选取浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院核医学科2020年1月—2022年12月62例接受^(99m)Tc-MDP SPECT/CT检查的患者采用简单的随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组31例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予Teach-back健康教育结合结构化心理护理。比较两组干预前后心率、舒张压、收缩压、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS),比较两组的检查配合度和干预满意度。结果:检查中、检查后研究组心率、舒张压、收缩压结果均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的检查配合度与干预满意度与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Teach-back健康教育结合结构化心理护理,有助于维持^(99m)Tc-MDP SPECT/CT检查患者血压和心率的稳定,缓解负面情绪。Objective:To investigate the effects of teach-back health education and structured psychological nursing on negative emotions and cooperation in patients treated with ^(99m)Tc-MDP SPECT/CT.Method:A total of 62 patients treated with ^(99m)Tc-MDP SPECT/CT in Department of Nuclear Medicine,Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into study group and control group by simple random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given teach-back health education and structured psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.The examination cooperation and intervention satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those of the control group during and after the examination(P<0.05).After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in examination cooperation and intervention satisfaction between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing are helpful to maintain the stability of blood pressure and heart rate in patients with ^(99m)Tc-MDP SPECT/CT,and alleviate negative emotions.
