摘　　要：目的建立妇科肿瘤中医加速康复外科(CMERAS)模型对妇科肿瘤患者便秘功能的应用效果研究。方法选取2019年—2020年萍乡市人民医院100例肿瘤患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规医疗措施,观察组在对照组的基础上应用CMERAS及口服四磨汤。采用此次研究特制的中医体质分类与判断量表对患者进行辨证分型;采用卡氏(KPS)评分比较2组患者术后疼痛评分,比较2组术后肛门通气时间、通便时间、下床活动时间。结果2组体质分型差异无统计学意义。干预后,观察组术后疼痛评分、通气时间、通便时间、下床活动时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CMERAS是一种中西并重、嵌合式的模式,在妇科肿瘤康复患者中具有较好的应用效果。Objective To establish the application effect of gynecological tumor Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery(CMERAS)model on the constipation function of gynecological tumor patients.Methods 200 tumor patients in Pingxiang People’s Hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional medical measures,and the observation group was treated with CMERAS and oral Simo decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM constitution classification and judgment scale specially designed in this study was used to classify patients by syndrome differentiation.KPS score was used to compare postoperative pain score,anal ventilation time,defecation time and getting out of bed time between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups.After the intervention,the postoperative pain score,ventilation time,defecation time and getting out of bed time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion CMERAS is a chimeric model with equal emphasis on traditional Chinese and Western medicine.CMERAS has a good application effect in patients with gynecological tumor rehabilitation.
