俞慎初教授从肝论治内科杂病临床体会

摘　　要：人身气血运行贵在流畅,气血的调畅又赖肝的疏泄。肝喜调达,若其疏泄失常,则全身气机失调,易致诸病。俞慎初教授尤其注重肝在五脏六腑中的重要作用,善于从肝论治内科诸多杂病。文章作者传承俞教授善于从肝论治内科杂病的学术特点,配合疏肝理气法治疗胃痛、胸痹、水肿、咳嗽、腹痛等病,取得一定效果,现结合病案总结临床治疗体会。The smooth operation of qi and blood in the body depends on the drainage of the liver.The liver likes to regulate and reach.If its catharsis is abnormal,the qi mechanism of the whole body is out of balance,which is easy to cause various diseases.Professor Yu Shenchu paid special attention to the important role of the liver in the organs,and was good at treating many miscellaneous diseases in internal medicine from the liver.The author inherits Professor Yu’s academic characteristics of being good at treating internal medicine miscellaneous diseases from the perspective of liver.In the treatment of stomach pain,chest arthralgia,edema,cough,abdominal pain and other diseases,the author used the method of soothing the liver and regulating qi to achieve certain curative effect.This paper summarized the clinical treatment experience combined with cases.
