摘　　要：随着社会的发展,脑血管病发病率逐年上升。在我国每年的新发脑卒中里,缺血性卒中约占80%。后循环缺血性眩晕因病程长、易反复、缠绵难愈,引起临床广泛关注。针灸因价格低廉、不良作用较少、易于学习推广,已被广泛应用于后循环缺血性眩晕的临床治疗中。此文结合近6年来国内外发表的文献,对临床应用于后循环缺血性眩晕的针灸疗法进行总结分析,以期为针灸治疗后循环缺血性眩晕提供新思路。With the development of society,the incidence of cerebrovascular disease increases year by year.Ischemic stroke accounts for about 80%of new stroke cases reported annually in China.Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo has attracted extensive attention due to its long course of disease,easy repetition and lingering.Acupuncture has been widely used in the clinical treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo is because of its low price,less adverse effects and easy to learn and popularize.Based on the literature published at home and abroad in recent six years,this paper summarized and analyzed the acupuncture therapy for posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,in order to provide new ideas for acupuncture therapy of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.
