摘　　要：产后抑郁症属于中医学“郁证”范畴。此文综述了中医典籍中对忧郁的认识,从《景岳全书·杂证谟·郁证》“若病忧郁者,则全属大虚,本无邪实”所述的病因病机角度,结合藏象学说,对辨证为心脾两虚的产后抑郁症患者采用经方甘麦大枣汤加减组方来治疗,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。Postpartum depression belongs to the category of“melancholia”in traditional Chinese medicine.This article started from the perspective of“depression is purely a virtual syndrome”in Jingyue Quanshu·Zazhengmo·Yuzheng,which means that those who suffer from depression are all suffering from a deficiency syndrome without any real pathogenic factors.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,integrated with the theory of Zangxiang in traditional Chinese medicine,this article analyzed the principles of Gannai Dazao decoction formula and the treatment of postpartum depression,in order to guide clinical practice.
