独活寄生汤配合中医康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究独活寄生汤配合中医康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果和患者的不良反应情况。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的84例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用单盲法分为对照组和观察组,各42例;对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组在前者的基础上接受独活寄生汤配合中医康复治疗。比较2组总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为97.62%(41/42),明显高于对照组的85.71%(36/42)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.76%(2/42),明显低于对照组的21.43%(9/42)(P<0.05)。结论给予膝关节骨性关节炎患者独活寄生汤配合中医康复治疗,效果明确,不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To explore the efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with TCM rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and evaluate the adverse reactions of patients.Methods A total of 84 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(n=42 cases)and observation group(n=42 cases)by single blind method.The former received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the latter received Duhuo Jizi decoction combined with TCM rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the former.The total clinical effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 97.62%(41/42),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.71%,36/42)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.76%(2/42),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.43%,9/42)(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with TCM rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has definite curative effect,less adverse reaction and high safety.
