镇肝熄风汤辅助治疗阴虚风动型急性脑梗死临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析镇肝熄风汤辅助治疗阴虚风动型急性脑梗死的效果。方法于2017年1月—2021年9月江苏省海安市中医院收治的阴虚风动型急性脑梗死患者中,抽取88例,以掷骰子法随机分为对照组(44例)、观察组(44例),对照组:常规西医治疗,观察组:联合镇肝熄风汤治疗,对比2组治疗效果、血液流变学指标、凝血功能、血清指标。结果观察组总有效率97.73%(43/44)显著高于对照组的81.82%(36/44),P<0.05。治疗前,2组血液流变学指标对比,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组全血黏度低切10(1/S)、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率水平均低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前,2组凝血功能、血清指标对比,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间均高于对照组,血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论镇肝熄风汤辅助治疗阴虚风动型急性脑梗死效果显著,且可改善血液流变学、凝血功能及血清指标。Objective To analyze the effect of Zhengan Xifeng decoction in the adjuvant treatment of acute cerebral infarction with stirring wind due to yin deficiency type.Methods From January 2017 to September 2021,88 patients with acute cerebral infarction with stirring wind due to yin deficiency type were selected and randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases)by dice method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Zhengan Xifeng decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,hemorheology index,coagulation function and serum index of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%(43/44),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.82%,36/44)(P<0.05).Before treatment,hemorheology indexes of 2 groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,whole blood viscosity 10(1/S),plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the coagulation function and serum indexes of 2 groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the thrombin time and prothrombin time in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)level in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhengan Xifeng decoction has a significant effect in the adjuvant treatment of acute cerebral infarction with stirring wind due to yin deficiency type,and can improve hemorheology,coagulation function and serum indexes,and has significant effect.
