浮针扫散再灌注配合火针治疗寒凝血瘀型膝骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究寒凝血瘀型膝骨性关节炎患者接受浮针扫散再灌注配合火针治疗的效果。方法选取于2020年7月—2021年7月济宁市中医院收治的60例寒凝血瘀型膝骨性关节炎患者,按就诊先后顺序随机分为浮针加火针组(30例,浮针扫散再灌注配合火针治疗方案)与普通针刺组(30例,普通针刺治疗),观察其临床效果。结果治疗后,浮针加火针组寒凝血瘀型膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分低于普通针刺组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);浮针加火针组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于普通针刺组的66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寒凝血瘀型膝骨性关节炎患者接受浮针扫散再灌注配合火针治疗后能够显著改善疾病疼痛问题,优化患者关节功能,效果明显。Objective To study the effect of floating needle sweeping and reperfusion combined with fire needle on patients with knee osteoarthritis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods From July 2021 to July 2023,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type treated in Ji’ning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for study.They were randomly divided into floating needle and fire needle group(30 cases,floating needle sweeping and reperfusion and fire needle treatment scheme)and ordinary acupuncture group(30 cases,ordinary acupuncture treatment)according to the order of treatment.The clinical effect was observed.Results After treatment,the knee pain score and knee function score of the patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis in the floating acupuncture plus fire acupuncture group were lower than those in the ordinary acupuncture group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of floating needle plus fire needle group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of ordinary acupuncture group(66.67%,20/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating needle sweeping and reperfusion combined with fire needle in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type can significantly improve the pain of the disease,optimize the joint function of patients,and has significant effect.
