冬病夏治穴位埋线治疗肺肾气虚型慢阻肺稳定期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析冬病夏治穴位埋线治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的效果。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2018年2月—2021年2月收治的86例肺肾气虚型慢阻肺稳定期患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为单一组与联合组,每组43例。单一组予以常规药物治疗,联合组在单一组的基础上加用冬病夏治穴位埋线治疗。分析对比治疗后2组肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)及第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)]水平、中医症状积分。结果治疗后,联合组FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC水平高于单一组(P<0.05);联合组中医症状积分均低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位埋线治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期,有利于改善患者肺功能,降低患者中医症状积分,缓解患者病情。Objective To explore the effect of treating winter diseases in summer acupoint catgut-embedding in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of lung and kidney qi deficiency type in stable stage.Methods From February 2018 to February 2021,86 patients with COPD of lung and kidney qi deficiency type in stable stage in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into single group and combined group by random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.Single group was given conventional drug treatment,and combined group was added treating winter diseases in summer acupoint catgut-embedding on the basis of single group.Lung function(forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC))and TCM syndrome score were analyzed and compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of FEV_(1),FVC,FEV1_(1)/FVC,and TCM syndrome scores in combined group were lower than those in single group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is beneficial to improve the lung function,reduce the TCM symptom score and relieve the condition of patients with COPD of lung and kidney qi deficiency type in stable stage by using treating winter diseases in summer acupoint catgut-embedding.
