脐灸疗法用于儿童非感染性腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析中医脐灸治疗对非感染性腹泻患儿中医证候积分的影响。方法选取兴国县人民医院2020年6月—2021年6月收治的82例患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组与研究组,各41例,参照组给予西医治疗,研究组在参照组的基础上采用中医脐灸疗法。对比2组患儿的治疗效果和治疗前后中医证候积分。结果研究组的总有效率95.12%(39/41)高于参照组的78.05%(32/41),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医脐灸疗法用于儿童非感染性腹泻临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患儿的腹泻症状。Objective To analyze the influence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)umbilical moxibustion on TCM syndrome score of children with non-infectious diarrhea.Methods A total of 82 children admitted to Xingguo County People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given Western medicine treatment,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine umbilical moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 78.05%(32/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine umbilical moxibustion therapy is effective in treating non-infectious diarrhea in children.
