安坤汤联合黄体酮治疗肾阳虚黄体功能不全性不孕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察安坤汤与黄体酮联合疗法在肾阳虚黄体功能不全性不孕患者中的临床疗效。方法将严格筛选入组的68例黄体功能不全型不孕症患者用Excel软件随机分成对照组和观察组,2组均为34例。对照组给予黄体酮胶囊口服,观察组给予安坤汤联合黄体酮胶囊的中西医结合疗法,持续治疗3周后,比较2组患者的子宫内膜[子宫内膜厚度、血流阻力指数(RI)、子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)、Salle评分]、肾阳虚证候积分及体温[体温曲线高温相评分(HSP)、高温相持续时间、高低温差]等相关情况。结果治疗3周后,观察组子宫内膜厚度、Salle评分高于对照组,RI、PI低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组主症和次症积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HSP评分、高温相持续时间及高低温差均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安坤汤可以提高肾阳虚和黄体功能不全性不孕患者的黄体功能,对患者子宫容受性具有改善作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ankun decoction combined with progesterone in infertility patients with kidney yang deficiency and luteal insufficiency.Methods 68 patients with luteal insufficiency infertility were randomly divided into control group and observation group with Excel software.There were 34 cases in both groups.The control group was given progesterone capsule orally,and the observation group was given Ankun decoction combined with progesterone capsule.After 3 weeks of continuous treatment,The endometrium(endometrial thickness,resistance index RI,arterial pulsatility index PI),syndrome score of kidney yang deficiency and body temperature(high temperature phase HSP score of body temperature curve,duration of high temperature phase,high and low temperature difference)were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,endometrial thickness and Salle score in observation group were higher than those in control group,RI and PI were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of main disease and secondary disease in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).HSP score,duration of high temperature phase and temperature difference in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ankun decoction can improve the luteal function of infertile patients with kidney yang deficiency and luteal insufficiency,and improve the uterine receptivity.
