中药保胎方联合肌肉注射黄体酮治疗先兆流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药保胎方联合肌肉注射黄体酮对先兆流产患者性激素水平及中医证候的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2020年1月在丰城市人民医院接受治疗的80例先兆流产患者进行研究,经随机数字表法分组。对照组(40例)采用肌肉注射黄体酮治疗,观察组(40例)采用中药保胎方联合肌肉注射黄体酮治疗,对比分析2组患者的临床治疗效果、性激素水平及中医证候积分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%(32/40),观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者性激素水平明显高于治疗前,观察组性激素水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者中医证候积分明显低于治疗前,观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药保胎方联合肌肉注射黄体酮治疗先兆流产,不仅能够稳定患者的性激素,还能在一定程度上改善患者的临床症状,效果较为显著。Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine Baotai recipe combined with intramuscular injection of progesterone on the level of sex hormones and TCM syndromes in patients with threatened abortion.Methods A total of 80 patients with threatened abortion who received treatment in Fengcheng People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected for this study and grouped by random number table method.The control group(40 cases)was treated with intramuscular injection of progesterone,and the observation group(40 cases)was treated with Chinese medicine Baotai recipe combined with intramuscular injection of progesterone.The clinical therapeutic effect,sex hormone level and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 95.00%(38/40)in the observation group and 80.00%(32/40)in the control group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the sex hormone level of 2 groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the sex hormone level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the 2 groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of progesterone combined with Chinese medicine Baotai recipe to treat patients with threatened abortion can not only stabilize their sex hormones,but also improve the clinical symptoms of the patients to a certain extent,and the treatment effect is more significant.
