摘　　要：月经过少是一种常见的妇科疾病症状,虽短时间内不会对身体产生很大的危害,但长期如此会导致严重的内分泌疾病,如闭经、不孕症、卵巢早衰等,应该尽早治疗。临床上中西医治疗月经过少的方式多种多样,如雌孕激素序贯疗法、中药内服、针刺、艾灸、穴位贴敷等均能产生不同程度的效果,但大部分费用较高,治疗时间长,对于经济困难的患者来说很难坚持。脐姜灸有简、便、廉、效的优点,在治疗月经病尤其是治疗寒凝血瘀型月经过少方面效果显著,被广大女性所接受。Hypomenorrhea is a common gynecological disease.Although it will not immediately do great harm to the body,it will lead to serious gynecological endocrine diseases for a long time,such as amenorrhea,infertility,premature ovarian failure and so on.Therefore,it should be treated as soon as possible.Clinically,there are various ways to treat hypomenorrhea with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,such as estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy,oral administration of Chinese medicine,acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint injection,acupoint application,etc.,which can produce different degrees of curative effects,but most of them are expensive and have a long treatment time,which makes it difficult for patients with financial difficulties to persist.Umbilical ginger moxibustion is an extension of ginger-separated moxibustion,which has the advantages of simplicity,convenience,cheapness and effectiveness.It has a remarkable curative effect in treating menstrual diseases,especially in treating hypomenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,which is accepted by the majority of women.
