医院中药制剂的特色优势及其工艺研究探析

摘　　要：医院中药制剂具有历经临床长期反复实践、疗效确切的特点,医院中药制剂使中医名方、验方得到更好的应用,是对中医药文化的继承与创新。在满足中医临床需求、弥补已上市中成药品种不足方面,担任着独特角色;在防治重大疾病、传染病、流行病等工作中,发挥了至关重要的作用。因此中药制剂的研发及推广应用,是中医院发展的一个重要方向。医院中药制剂的疗效又与其工艺流程密切相关,下面以单县中医医院骨伤科临床疗效较好的中药制剂海马接骨胶囊的研发为例,和大家共同探讨。The Chinese medicine preparation in hospitals has the characteristics of long-term repeated clinical practice and definite curative effect.The hospital Chinese medicine preparation makes the traditional Chinese medicine prescription and prescription better applied,which is the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine culture.It plays a unique role in meeting the clinical needs of traditional Chinese medicine and making up for the shortage of listed Chinese patent medicines;it plays a vital role in the prevention and treatment of major diseases,infectious diseases and epidemic diseases.Therefore,the research and development and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine preparations is an important direction for the development of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in hospitals is closely related to the study of its technological process.The following takes the research and development of seahorse bone capsule of traditional Chinese medicine preparations with good clinical effect in Shanxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example.
