中医情志护理在老年慢病患者中的应用进展

摘　　要：中医情志护理作为中医学心理干预的重要护理措施之一,近年来在各类患者中均有所应用,特别是在老年慢病患者中,取得了较好的效果。因此此文主要对近些年中医情志护理模式在老年慢病患者中的应用现况进行总结。通过国内主要数据库进行相关文献检索,分别从中医情志护理的定义、具体干预方法和评价方法分别进行整理、叙述,并对其中存在的共性问题提出相关建议,旨在为当前我国中医情志护理模式的研究和发展提供文献参考。As one of the important nursing measures of psychological intervention in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),TCM emotional nursing in recent years has been used in all kinds of patients,especially in the elderly patients with chronic disease has achieved very good results.Therefore,this paper mainly summarizes the current situation of the application of TCM emotional nursing model in senile chronic patients in recent years.Literature retrieval was conducted through the main domestic databases,and the definition,specific intervention methods and evaluation methods of TCM emotional nursing were sorted out and described respectively,and relevant suggestions were put forward for the common problems.The purpose of this paper is to provide literature reference for the research and development of TCM emotional nursing model.
