摘　　要：大肠癌属世界公认十大恶性肿瘤之一,由于其早期没有特殊表现,出现症状时往往已恶变,故其生存率不高。把中医学诊断与现代医学诊断结合起来,若能证实二者存在相关性,则可为中医舌诊注入新的诊断意义,为大肠癌提供新的筛查依据。此研究采用中西结合的方法,把中医传统舌诊和舌苔脱落细胞凋亡检测运用到大肠癌的早期诊断上,探索中医舌诊在疾病诊断中的新运用。Colorectal cancer is recognized as one of the top ten malignant tumors in the world.Because it has no special manifestations in the early stage,it often becomes malignant when symptoms appear,so its survival rate is not high.If the correlation between traditional medical diagnosis and modern medical diagnosis can be confirmed,it can inject new diagnostic significance into traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)tongue diagnosis and provide new screening basis for colorectal cancer.This study intended to use the integrated method of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to apply the traditional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis and the detection of exfoliated cell apoptosis of tongue coating to the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer,and explore the new application of traditional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis in disease diagnosis.
