摘　　要：帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)除了典型的运动症状如运动迟缓、肌强直、静止性震颤外,常伴随非运动症状的发生。便秘为最常见的非运动症状之一,严重影响患者的生活质量,而且与帕金森病相关药物使用剂量之间相互影响。针对便秘的西医治疗未得到充分重视,且长期应用刺激性泻药,不良反应大、易形成药物依赖;而针灸在治疗帕金森病伴便秘方面有独特优势。此文查阅近10年来国内外相关文献研究资料,对帕金森病的病因病机及针灸治疗研究进展进行归纳论述,以期为临床治疗帕金森病伴发便秘提供参考。In addition to typical motor symptoms such as bradykinesia,muscle rigidity,and resting tremor,Parkinson’s disease(PD)is often accompanied by non-motor symptoms.Constipation,as the most common non-motor symptom,seriously affects the quality of life of patients,and the interaction between constipation and the dosage of Parkinson’s disease-related drugs.Western medicine in the treatment of constipation has not been paid enough attention,or long-term use of stimulant laxatives will cause major adverse reactions and easy drug dependence.Acupuncture has unique advantages in the treatment of PD with constipation.This article consulted relevant domestic and foreign literature research data in the past 10 years,and summarized the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease and the progress of acupuncture treatment,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of Parkinson’s disease with constipation.
