补气健脾类中药及雷火灸治疗癌因性疲乏的机制研究

摘　　要：癌因性疲乏是肿瘤患者的常见并发症之一,是一种因癌症或癌症治疗后出现的主观、持续性的疲倦及乏力感。中医学治疗癌因性疲乏是以辨证论治为首要原则,判断患者气血阴阳及五脏盛衰,根据虚实施以滋阴、补阳、益气、生血等治法,同时辅以活血化瘀、通脉除痹、软坚散结之品,以改善患者虚劳所产生的疲乏倦怠。既往的临床治疗中,艾灸针对癌因性疲乏具有一定的临床效果,此文就补气健脾类中药及雷火灸治疗癌因性疲乏做一综述。Cancer-related fatigue is one of the common complications of cancer patients.It is a subjective and persistent feeling of fatigue and fatigue due to cancer or after cancer treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue took syndrome differentiation as the primary principle,and improved patients’symptoms through traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods such as supplementing qi and strengthening spleen.In the past clinical treatment,moxibustion has a certain clinical effect on cancer-related fatigue.This paper reviewed the treatment of cancer-related fatigue with Chinese medicine tonifying qi and strengthening spleen combined with thunder fire moxibustion.
