镇肝熄风汤应用于神经系统疾病研究进展

摘　　要：镇肝熄风汤是一首近代名方,通过对文献进行查阅,发现其在脑卒中、帕金森病、眩晕病、神经性头痛、顽固性失眠、特发性震颤等神经系统疾病有广泛应用。此文综述了其在抗氧化、清除自由基、抑制神经元凋亡、抗炎、抑制内皮素方面的药理作用机制。镇肝熄风汤临床应用方面缺乏大样本随机对照试验,作用机制方面仍需增强分子水平及信号通路研究,从而进一步明确药理微观机制,扩大治则治法,为临床提供指导。Zhengan Xifeng decoction is a famous modern prescription.Through consulting the literature,it is found that it is widely used in neurological diseases such as stroke,Parkinson’s disease,vertigo,neurological headache,intractable insomnia,idiopathic tremor and so on.Its pharmacological mechanisms in antioxidation,scavenging free radicals,inhibiting neuronal apoptosis,antiinflammatory and inhibiting endothelin were reviewed.There is a lack of large sample randomized controlled trials in the clinical application of Zhengan Xifeng decoction,and the research on molecular level and signal pathway still needs to be strengthened in the aspect of action mechanism,so as to further clarify the pharmacological micro mechanism,expand the treatment principles and methods,and provide guidance for clinical practice.
