摘　　要：通过对“绝经前后诸症”“不寐”等相关文献的阅读和头穴丛刺法在临床应用中的观察与思考,以于氏头穴丛刺法的中、西医基础理论的研究入手,基于中医整体观念的理论指导,从“神安则寐”“阴平阳秘,精神乃至”的角度来探讨临床应用头穴丛刺法治疗女性围绝经期失眠的思路,以期丰富头穴丛刺法医治围绝经期失眠的中医理论依据。Based on the reading of related literature on“all kinds of symptoms before and after menopause”and“insomnia”and the observation and thinking of the clinical application of cluster needling on scalp points,this paper starts with the research on the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on cluster needling on scalp points,based on the theoretical guidance of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,from the perspective of“Shen’an sleeps soundly”,“Yin and Yang secrets,spirit and evenness”,discusses the clinical application of scalp cluster needling in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia in women,in order to enrich scalp cluster needling Theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine for forensic treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.
