摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症是困扰患者生活的常见疾病,具有发病隐匿、病程长、易复发等特点,研究发现此类患者以阳虚体质多见,临床并无特异性治疗。随着腰椎间盘突出症发病率不断增加,逐渐年轻化,有必要将阳虚体质腰椎间盘突出症的治疗转移为预防为主,这将减少此类疾病的发生和发展。中医学“治未病”理论是重要的防治疾病思想,包含未病先防,既病防变,瘥后防复。将“治未病”理论和阳虚质腰椎间盘突出症的防治相结合,即通过辨识,未发病者强调改善体质以防发病;已患病者注重扶正祛邪,标本兼治,避免疾病的加重;疾病瘥后要加强先天和后天的补养防止复发。临床通过疾病诊断、体质辨识、辨证论治等方法,从整体上把握患者本身与自然环境、社会环境方面的关系,将“治未病”理论应用到阳虚质腰椎间盘突出症的防治过程中,这将对临床有积极的意义。Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease that plagues the lives of patients.It has the characteristics of insidious onset,long course of disease,and easy recurrence.Studies have found that such patients are more common in Yang-deficiency constitution,and there is no specific clinical treatment.As the incidence of lumbar disc herniation continues to increase and gradually becomes younger,it is necessary to shift the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Yang-deficiency constitution to prevention,which will reduce the occurrence and development of such diseases.The theory of“preventive treatment of disease”in traditional Chinese medicine is an important idea of disease prevention and treatment,including prevention before disease,prevention of disease after disease,and prevention of recurrence after recovery.Combining the theory of“preventive treatment of disease”with the prevention and treatment of lumbar disc herniation due to Yang deficiency,that is,through identification,those who have not developed the disease should focus on improving their physical fitness to prevent the disease;After the disease recovers,it is necessary to strengthen congenital and acquired nourishment to prevent recurrence.Clinically,through methods such as disease diagnosis,constitution iden-tification,and dialectical treatment,grasp the relationship between the patient itself and the natural environment and social environment as a whole,and apply the theory of“preventive treatment”to the prevention and treatment of lumbar disc herniation with yang deficiency constitution,which will have positive clinical significance.
