胡金辉运用“三步九法”外治肉芽肿性乳腺炎经验

摘　　要：肉芽肿性乳腺炎是一种以小叶为中心的非干酪样坏死、以肉芽肿为主要病理特征的慢性炎症性乳腺疾病,病程较长,缠绵难愈。胡金辉教授根据其临床发展规律,将其分为肿块期、脓肿期、溃后期,结合中西医治疗经验,提出了“三步九法”外治规律总结。肿块期以“消、通、散”三法局限肿块、促其消散;脓肿期行“切、刮、挂”三法排脓祛腐;溃后期以生肌收口为要,行“收、敷、清”三法。胡金辉教授重视外治法在临床上的应用,不仅缩短病程,极大程度减轻了患者的痛苦,且中西合治降低了复发率,维持了乳房外观,值得借鉴。Granulomatous mastitis is a chronic inflammatory breast disease with lobular-centered non-caseating necrosis and granuloma as the main pathological feature.The course of the disease is long and lingering.According to the law of its clinical development,Professor HU Jinhui divided it into the mass stage,abscess stage,and late ulceration stage.Combining with the experience of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,he proposed a summary of the law of external treatment in“three steps and nine methods”.In the mass stage,the three methods of“eliminating,dredging,and dispersing”are used to limit the mass and promote its dissipation;in the abscess stage,the three methods of“cutting,scraping,and hanging”are used to drain pus and eliminate rot;dispersing three methods.Professor HU Jinhui attaches great importance to the clinical application of external treatment,which not only shortens the course of the disease,but also greatly reduces the suffering of patients,and the combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine reduces the recurrence rate and maintains the appearance of the breast,which is worth learning.
