摘  要:随着现代生活节奏加快、环境改变,女性所承担的压力日益增大,无排卵性异常子宫出血的发病率越来越高,由于其出血模式不一致,治疗较为棘手。该病临床表现多为月经淋漓不净、非经期的阴道大量流血或经期长短不一等,归属于中医的“崩漏”。导师张红副主任医师从事妇产科临床工作多年,认为该病的病机核心是机体阴阳失衡-阴液亏虚、阳热亢盛,从“阴虚阳搏”角度治疗崩漏患者取得了较好的疗效,该文从中医“阴虚阳搏”的角度探讨崩漏并总结经验以指导临床治疗,从而帮助更多的患者早日康复。With the rapid pace of modern life and the change of environment,women are under increasing pressure,and the incidence of abnormal uterine bleeding of anovulation is increasing.Due to the inconsistent bleeding pattern,the treatment is more difficult.The clinical manifestations of this disease are mostly menorrhagia,heavy vaginal bleeding or different menstrual lengths,which are attributed to the“disintegrating leakage”of traditional Chinese medicine.ZHANG Hong,deputy chief physician,who has been engaged in clinical work in obstetrics and gynecology for many years,believed that the core of the pathogenesis of this disease is the imbalance of Yin and Yang Yin fluid deficiency and Yang heat hyperactivity.From the perspective of“Yin deficiency Yang stroke”,the treatment of patients with disintegrating leakage has achieved a good effect.This paper discusses disintegrating leakage from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine“Yin deficiency Yang stroke”and summarizes experience to guide clinical treatment,so as to help more patients recover as soon as possible.
