慢性心衰中医康复单元方案对心室重构及相关免疫指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察慢性心衰中医康复单元方案对心室重构及相关免疫指标的影响。方法:选取60例来自江西中医药大学附属医院2021年6月—2022年6月心血管科慢性心衰住院患者。采用随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组30例和30例。对照组常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上口服补肾启枢强心颗粒,外用热敏灸,练习呼吸静功妙诀,观察疗程8周。观察比较2组患者中医症候疗效和积分、心衰各指标、免疫功能、预后情况。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05,具有可比性,差异有统计学意义。结论:慢性心衰中医康复单元方案能够显著改善患者临床症状,提升心脏功能水平,并能调节免疫,增强免疫功能,减少再住院率,提高生存质量,降低医疗成本,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation unit program on chronic heart failure on ventricular remodeling and related immune indicators.Methods:Selected 60 inpatients with chronic heart failure from Department of Cardiology,Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022.They were randomly divided into 30 cases and 30 cases in the control group by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Qishu Qiangxin Granules orally on the basis of conventional western medicine,heat-sensitive moxibustion was applied externally,and breathing static exercises were practiced,and the course of treatment was observed for 8 weeks.Observe and compare the curative effect and scores of TCM symptoms,indexes of heart failure,immune function,and prognosis of patients in the two groups.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation unit program for chronic heart failure can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the level of cardiac function,regulate immunity,enhance immune function,reduce the rate of rehospitalization,improve the quality of life,and reduce medical costs.It is worthy of promotion and application.
