养心定悸安神方治疗持续性房颤合并睡眠障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养心定悸安神方治疗持续性房颤合并睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择持续性房颤合并睡眠障碍患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。2组均给予抗凝、控制心室率治疗,基于此,对照组予右佐匹克隆片,治疗组予养心定悸安神方,疗程均为4周。评估2组中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI评分)、24h平均心室率和临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率66.7%低于治疗组86.7%;治疗后,治疗组PSQI评分、24h平均心室率、中医证候(心悸、失眠健忘、乏力气短等)积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:养心定悸安神方治疗持续性房颤合并睡眠障碍患者疗效确切,能协助控制心室率,提高睡眠质量,改善患者的临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxin Dingji Anshen Decoction in the treatment of persistent atrial fibrillation complicated with sleep disturbance.Methods:60 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation complicated with sleep disturbance were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with anticoagulation and ventricular rate control.Based on this,the control group was given eszopiclone tablets,and the treatment group was given Yangxin Dingji Anshen Prescription,both for 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI score),24h average ventricular rate and clinical efficacy were evaluated in the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 66.7%lower than that of the treatment group(86.7%);after treatment,the PSQI score,24h average ventricular rate,and scores of TCM syndromes(palpitations,insomnia,forgetfulness,fatigue,shortness of breath,etc.)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.It is statistically significant.Conclusion:Yangxin Dingji Anshen Decoction is effective in treating patients with persistent atrial fibrillation complicated with sleep disorders,which can help control ventricular rate,improve sleep quality,and improve clinical symptoms of patients.
