摘　　要：便秘发病机制复杂,中医认为肠腑的异常变化当立足于整体辨证。临床上基于“肺肠理论”,应用宣肺法治疗便秘疗效确切。文章综述了宣肺法在便秘之治中的主要应用,结合现代宣肺法相关研究,以期为临床治疗便秘提供借鉴。The pathogenesis of constipation is complex.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that abnormal changes in the intestines should be based on overall syndrome differentiation.Based on the“lung-gut theory”clinically,the effect of Xuanfei method on constipation is definite.This article summarizes the main application of Xuanfei method in the treatment of constipation,combined with the related research of modern Xuanfei method,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of constipation.
