摘　　要：目的观察中频治疗仪联合优质护理治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果,为提升糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果提供参考。方法回顾性分析2022年2月—2023年1月天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院收治的86例糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床资料,根据治疗和护理方法的不同分为常规组和观察组各43例。常规组患者进行常规治疗,观察组患者在常规组的基础上给予中频治疗仪治疗联合优质护理干预。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后神经功能评分及治疗和护理满意率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于常规组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.0737,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后神经反射、神经症状、感觉功能评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗和护理满意率为95.35%,高于常规组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.0737,P<0.05)。结论中频治疗仪联合优质护理治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果明显,能有效改善患者神经功能,提高患者满意率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of medium frequency therapeutic apparatus combined with high-quality nursing in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy,so as to provide reference for improving the treatment effect of diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Methods The clinical datum of 86 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy who were admitted to Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different treatment and nursing methods,they were divided into the conventional group and the observation group with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group received routine treatment,while patients in the observation group received medium frequency therapy combined with high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional group.The treatment effects,the neurological function scores before and after treatment and the satisfaction rate of treatment and nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.0737,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nerve reflex,nerve symptom and sensory function in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of treatment and nursing in the observation group was 95.35%,whics was higher than 81.40%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.0737,P<0.05).Conclusion The medium frequency therapeutic apparatus combined with high-quality nursing had obvious effect in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy,which could effectively improve the neurological function and satisfaction rate of patients,and it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
