中西医结合护理在糖尿病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察糖尿病患者开展中西医结合护理的效果以及对患者生活质量的影响,为提高糖尿病患者的护理效果提供参考方案。方法纳入天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院2022年2月—2023年1月收治的94例糖尿病患者,将其随机分为干预组和参照组,每组各47例。干预组患者实施中西医结合护理,参照组患者实施常规护理。比较两组患者干预后血糖稳定率、疾病知识掌握率、并发症发生率、干预前后自我护理能力评分及生活质量评分。结果干预组血糖稳定率为95.74%、疾病知识掌握率为93.62%,高于参照组的82.98%和74.47%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组并发症发生率为2.13%,低于参照组的14.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.9186,P<0.05)。干预后干预组自我护理能力评分和生活质量评分为(129.67±6.23)和(89.76±3.76)分,高于参照组的(113.65±5.73)和(84.23±5.23)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者开展中西医结合护理的效果较好,利于患者血糖稳定,还可提升患者疾病知识掌握率,降低糖尿病并发症发生率,提升患者自我护理能力和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing for diabetic patients and the influence on the quality of patients,and to provide a reference plan for improving the nursing effect of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 94 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into intervention group and reference group,with 47 patients in each group.The patients in the intervention group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing,while the patients in the reference group received routine nursing.The blood glucose stability rate,disease knowledge mastery rate and incidence of complication after intervention,self-care ability score and quality of life score before and after intervention between two groups of patients were compared.Results The blood glucose stability rate and disease knowledge mastery rate of the intervention group were 95.74%and 93.62%,respectively,which were higher than those of the reference group with 82.98%and 74.47%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 2.13%,which was lower than that in the reference group with 14.89%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.9186,P<0.05).After intervention,the self-care ability score and quality of life score of the intervention group were(129.67±6.23)and(89.76±3.76)points,which were higher than those of the reference group with(113.65±5.73)and(84.23±5.23)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for diabetes patients was good,which was beneficial to the stability of blood glucose of patients,could also improve the mastery rate of disease knowledge of patients,reduce the incidence of complications of diabetes mellitus,improve the self-care ability and quality of life of
