不同治疗方式在妊娠期贫血中的应用进展

摘　　要：作为妊娠期女性常见的一类并发症,妊娠期贫血会在一定程度上增加产后大出血、高血压、胎儿相关并发症及新生儿异常等风险,甚至会造成死胎等。临床主要将妊娠贫血分成再生障碍性贫血、巨幼细胞性贫血以及缺铁性贫血三大类,其中最为常见的是缺铁性贫血。当前,国内外孕妇出现妊娠期贫血的概率均较高,这可能与孕妇的生活习惯有关,需给予足够的重视,采取有效的措施改善孕妇的贫血问题。妊娠期贫血这一疾病的临床治疗手段较多,主要包括补充铁剂、饮食、输血及中成药治疗,这些方式均具有较好的治疗效果,能够确保围产期母婴平安。临床上关于妊娠期贫血治疗方法的相关研究报道较多,各种方式均有一定的治疗效果,但临床采用何种方法能取得最佳的治疗效果需在了解每种方法的特点,作用及其局限性的基础上科学的选择。因此,本文就治疗孕妇妊娠期贫血的方法相关研究进展进行综述,总结该病治疗的有效方式,从而为妊娠期贫血治疗提供理论依据。As a common complication among pregnant women,gestational anemia can to some extent increase the risk of postpartum hemorrhage,hypertension,fetal related complications and neonatal abnormalities,and even lead to stillbirth and so on.Pregnancy anemia is mainly divided into three categories in clinical practice:aplastic anemia,megaloblastic anemia,and iron deficiency anemia,with the most common being iron deficiency anemia.At present,the probability of developing gestational anemia in pregnant women at home and abroad is relatively high,which may be related to the lifestyle habits of pregnant women.It is necessary to give sufficient attention and take effective measures to improve the anemia problem of pregnant women.There are many clinical treatments methods for gestational anemia,mainly including iron supplementation,diet,blood transfusion and traditional Chinese patent medicines.These treatments methods have good therapeutic effects and can ensure the safety of perinatal mothers and infants.There are many research reports on the treatment methods for gestational anemia in clinical practice,and various methods have certain therapeutic effects.However,the best treatment method to be used in clinical practice needs to be scientifically selected based on understanding the characteristics,effects,and limitations of each method.Therefore,this article reviews the relevant researh progress on the treatment methods for pregnant women with gestational anemia,summarizes the effective methods for treating this disease,in order to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of gestational anemia.
