心理护理在脑梗死患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析心理护理用于脑梗死患者中的临床效果,为改善预后提供参考借鉴。方法本次研究对象为山东省高唐县人民医院2020年10月—2021年10月收治的72例脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组36例。对照组给予常规护理,根据医院标准为患者提供监测生命体征等各项基础护理等。研究组给予心理护理,充分了解患者出现的心理问题,根据不同情况采取针对性干预、纠正消极因素。比较两组患者心理健康状况评分、干预依从率及护理满意率。结果研究组患者的强迫、抑郁、敌意、人际关系、焦虑和恐怖等心理健康状况评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意率为97.22%,高于对照组的80.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.063,P<0.05)。研究组患者干预依从率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.222,P<0.05)。结论给予脑梗死患者心理护理能够明显改善患者心理健康状况,提升干预依从率,获取到更满意的护理效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of cerebral infarction,to provide reference for improving its prognosis.Methods The subjects of this research were 72 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Shandong Province Gaotang County People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021.They were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and provided patients with various basic nursing such as monitoring vital signs according to hospital standards.The research group received psychological nursing,fully understood the psychological problems of patients,and took targeted interventions and corrected negative factors according to different situations.The scores of mental health status,intervention compliance rate and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of mental health status such as obsessive-compulsive,depression,hostility,interpersonal relationship,anxiety and terror in the research group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the research group was 97.22%,which was higher than that of the control group with 80.56%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.063,P<0.05).The intervention compliance rate of the research group was 97.22%,which was higher than that of the control group with 77.78%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.222,P<0.05).Conclusion Giving psychological nursing to patients with cerebral infarction could significantly improve the mental health of patients,improve intervention compliance,and obtain more satisfactory nursing effects,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
