线上药学服务工作的文献计量学及可视化分析

摘　　要：目的分析全球线上药学服务工作的现状和发展趋势。方法检索中国知网、维普、万方、Web of Science数据库中药学服务相关文献,检索时限为各数据库自建库起至2022年12月。分析纳入文献的发表年份、发表期刊、作者、基金资助情况、来源机构、来源国别(或地区)、被引用情况、关键词等信息。结果共纳入文献319篇,其中中文文献188篇,英文文献131篇。该类文献最早发表于1998年,2019年后文献数量迅速增加。中文文献,以《中国药业》载文量最多(19篇);其中107篇(56.91%)有基金资助;四川大学华西医院发文量最多(6篇);北京、广东、上海发文量居前列;近年来,关键词聚焦于“互联网”“药学服务”等。英文文献,以American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy载文量最多(20篇);其中53篇(40.46%)有基金资助;North Dakota State University Fargo发文量最多(8篇);美国、中国、约旦3个国家的发文量居前列;近年来,关键词聚焦于“telepharmacy”“telemedicine”等。结论中国作者发表的线上药学服务相关文献在数量和质量上均居世界前列,但相关工作存在区域发展不均衡的问题。药学工作者可借鉴国外经验,加强多学科合作,为偏远地区医疗机构的临床工作提供远程药学支持,并充分发挥社区药师的作用,进一步拓展线上药学服务的深度和广度。Objective To analyze the current status and development trend of online pharmaceutical care in the whole world.Methods The relevant studies in the CNKI,VIP,WanFang and Web of Science databases from the inception of each database to December 2022 were searched.The publication year,journal,author,funding support,institution,country(or region),citation,keywords and other information of included studies was analyzed.Results A total of 319 studies were included,including 188 Chinese studies and 131 English studies.The first study about online pharmaceutical care was published in 1998,and the quantity of studies increased rapidly since 2019.The China Pharmaceuticals published most Chinese studies(19 studies),107 Chinese studies(56.91%)were supported by funding,the West China Hospital of Sichuan University published most Chinese studies(six studies),the top three regions with large quantity of Chinese studies were Beijing,Guangdong and Shanghai,and most keywords were″Internet(Chinese)″″pharmaceutical care(Chinese)″and others in recent years.The American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy published most English studies(20 studies),53 English studies(40.46%)were supported by funding,the North Dakota State University Fargo published most English studies(eight studies),the top three countries with large quantity of English studies were America,China and Jordan,and most keywords were″telepharmacy″″telemedicine″and others in recent years.Conclusion The quantity and quality of relevant studies of online pharmaceutical care published by Chinese authors were the top in the world,but there is a problem of unbalanced regional development in relevant work.The pharmaceutical workers in our country can learn from foreign experience,strengthen multidisciplinary cooperation,provide remote pharmaceutical support for clinical work in remote medical institutions,give full play to the role of community pharmacists,and further expand the depth and breadth of online pharmaceutical care.
