摘　　要：在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程上,相对贫困治理与扎实推进共同富裕密切关联。相对贫困治理是扎实推进共同富裕的底线任务和重要保障,实现全体人民共同富裕则是相对贫困治理的目标引领和价值旨归。相对贫困治理通过缩小贫富差距、减少精神贫困、以先富带动后富、吸纳社会力量广泛参与等方式,助推全民富裕、全面富裕、渐进富裕和共建共富。在消除绝对贫困、打赢脱贫攻坚战的基础上,我国相对贫困治理应从完善收入分配制度、丰富精神帮扶举措、设置渐进的相对贫困识别标准、构建全社会参与的相对贫困治理格局等方面着手,实现其与共同富裕的并联式发展,最终达成全体人民共同富裕的目标。On the new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects,the governance of relative poverty is closely related to the steady promotion of common prosperity.Relative poverty governance is the bottom-line task and important guarantee for steadily promoting common prosperity,and realizing common prosperity for all is the goal and value orientation of relative poverty governance.The governance of relative poverty promotes all-round prosperity,gradual prosperity and common prosperity by narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor,reducing spiritual poverty,pushing these people who becoming prosperous first to give a helping hand to those following in their wake,and absorbing the extensive participation of social forces.On the basis of winning the battles to eradicate extreme poverty,China's relative poverty governance should start from improving the income distribution system,enriching spiritual assistance measures,setting up incremental standards for relative poverty identification,and building a pattern of relative poverty governance with the participation of the whole society,so as to realize its parallel development with common prosperity and finally achieve the goal of bringing prosperity to all.
