摘　　要：语言生活是分层级分领域分区域的,其各层级都有领域和区域的语言问题,因此开展领域和区域的语言生活研究十分必要。区域语言规划的主要任务,是处理好区域语言关系、用语言支持区域发展两大问题。其中区域语言关系的正确处理,需树立语言资源观和语言生活和谐观,使区域内的语言、语言变体和睦相处,形成支撑区域发展的语言合力;而用语言支撑区域发展,主要是解决好各方面各层次各领域的语言交际问题,全面精准做好语言服务,努力发展语言产业。Language life is stratified,subdomain and subregion.There are domain and regional language problems at all levels of language life.It is necessary to carry out domain and regional language life research.Regional language planning is mainly to properly handle regional language relations and support regional development with language.To properly handle regional language relations,it is necessary to establish a view of language resources and a harmonious view of language life,understand the basic situation of language and language life in the region,do a good job of language protection,ease language contradictions,make language and language variants in the region harmonious,and form a language synergy that supports regional development.To support regional development is mainly to solve language communication problems in all aspects and at all levels and in all fields,to provide comprehensive and accurate language services,and to strive to develop the language industry.
