摘　　要：中国共产党作为世界最大的马克思主义执政党,具备“大党”特性,独有“大党”难题。组织体系大、存续时间长、使命任务重、执政成就高是“大党独有难题”的立论依据,衍生出组织管理难题、自我调控难题、不忘初心难题以及长期执政难题。奋进新时代新征程,需坚持问题导向,着力寻找应对之策,从全面从严治党、坚持自我革命、秉持使命担当、站稳人民立场四个角度入手,提高管党治党的能力、增强永续发展的动力、维护坚守初心的形象、巩固长期执政的基础,使中国共产党在自我锻造中时刻保持解决“大党独有难题”的清醒和坚定。As the largest Marxist ruling party in the world,the Communist Party of China has the characteristics of“big party”and the unique problem of“big party”,big organizational system,long duration of existence,heavy mission and task,and high governance achievements,which has derived the problems of organization and management,self-regulation,not forgetting the original aspiration and long-term governance.To forge ahead on a new journey in the new era,we should be problem-oriented,focus on finding solutions,strengthen our ability to govern the Party,enhance the driving force for sustainable development,maintain our image of staying true to our original aspiration,and consolidate the foundation for long-term governance from the following four perspectives,comprehensively and strictly governing the Party,upholding self-revolution,upholding our sense of mission,and standing firm with the people.In the process of self-forging,the CPC will always remain sober and firm in solving the“problems unique of big parties”.
