摘　　要：我国高等教育发展重在学科理念革新与专业建设支撑,“新文科”背景下新法学建设已内化于法治教育战略目标。经济法发挥新法学引领作用是由其构建法治理论的维度决定的,高校经济法教学运用思政教育资源是赋能“德法兼修”人才培养的思想再造。经济法课程思政具有内嵌于“德法兼修”的逻辑理路,要明晰“德法兼修”法治人才培养的教育遵循,并从发挥经济法课程思政教育优势、重塑课程教学改革目标、革新课程思政教学模式、构建“六融入”教学应用场景、力行法治人才培养使命、契合涉外法治应用等多个维度,创新经济法课程思政教学实践路径,为培养“政治认同、德法兼修、明法笃行”的法治中国建设人才奠定思想基础。The development of higher education in China focuses on the innovation of disciplinary concepts and the support of professional construction.Under"New Arts",the construction of new law has been internalized into the strategic goal of rule of law education.The leading role of Economic Law in New Law is determined by its dimension of building the theory of rule of law.The use of ideological and political education resources in teaching Economic Law in colleges and universities is an ideological reconstruction that enables the cultivation of talents with both morality and law.The paper clarifies the educational compliance of"moral and legal education"in the cultivation of legal talents by explaining the logic of"moral and legal education"embedded in the ideological and political education in Economic Law course,and proposes to give a full play to the advantages of Economic Law course in ideological and political education,reshape the teaching reform objective of the Course,reform the ideological and political teaching model of the Course,construct the"six integration"teaching application scenario,implementing the mission of cultivating legal talents,and fitting in with the application of foreign law,innovating the teaching practice path of ideological and political education of Economic Law course,and laying the ideological foundation for cultivating talents for China under the rule of law who have political identity,study both morality and law,and practice the rule of law.
